Hey all!

This is Vanessa Pagan down in Florida. I help small businesses and entrepreneurs get online, break through their next obstacles, and generate (more or first) cash.

Used to do these things for big companies: Marketing video software for Apple, eBusiness marketing for a Fortune 10 company, eLearning and CMS for universities and gov agencies, online video and content management for hospitals and doctors.

Got started in organic seo by of all things, 508 accessibility standards back in '04 for federal web contracts. I used to lead outsourcing teams and create project plans, best practices and action guides for corporate IT and marketing departments and those too were full of headaches.

Pretty good at building plans, workflows, competitive analysis and presentations, a few of the everyday skills I use from an MBA in Entrepreneurship.

My core skills are driving organic traffic, building action plans and focusing business owners down to what's really important to their purpose and their business goals. I help market small and start up companies, solopreneurs launching new products online, I do affiliate marketing and I'm really good at making a short budget get big value.

Things best for me to leave to the skills and talents of others:
Spelling, details, organizing routines, creating schedules, managing people, maintenance, sticking with old processes because their old, and red tape.

In the four stages of business, I'm most helpful and enjoy the first, start up, phase.

There are plenty of people that need help and I ran out of time and I've had bunches of outsourcing horror stories: from marriage proposals to an outsourcer stealing my custom software. It was like a series of bad dates til I let go of them all and went solo. Now, I'm back to the brink of my time and needed a better, successful model of how to outsource.

Enter Jeff Mills in Atlanta and all the wonderful people in the workshop. :-)

I'm restructured my time and my business focus to give those systems and plans that I build to a team of people who will replace my many long long hours working, not so that I can have more time at the beach but so that I can help more and more people fulfill their business purpose. Without building a strong outsourcing team I won't be capable of helping more than a dozen or so people at a time and I'd like to help hundreds at a time.
