CPanel vs Plesk?
Hi Guys, does anyone know if it matters if you use CPanel or Plesk for your choice of host? The host I'm looking at is not in the USA and uses Plesk. Will Plesk end up being a problem later on for the kind of things we do? Eg: Wordpress, Themes, Plugins, Video Squeeze Pages, Additional Marketing stuff, or is it fine? Do most Webmasters that I may recruit probably know Plesk just as well as CPanel?
Thanks
Damian

Re: CPanel vs Plesk?
If you're hiring an outsourcer to handle your web tasks just make it a requirement that they have some experience with Plesk. It's not that hard to learn if they've used cPanel. Both are front end gui admin software for linux servers so the exact same tasks can be done but with a different route to get there. If using Plesk is a problem, they probably don't know how to do admin work on linux servers.
If you're looking for a one click installer like Fantastico for cPanel, you can look for simplescripts to work with Plesk and get you the same one click installations. (Simplescripts could be something that is part of your hosting.)
Here are the one click installs it can offer you on a plesk admin:
